5.0For a first time camper, it was a really good experience. The delivery fee was totally worth it. Jeremy set everything up and explained how everything worked and gave us tips on water conservation as we were "dry" camping. I would suggest that a list of things to know for first timers to alert them to things they need to know; such as that you will need a 5-gallon gas can to refill the generator daily. Most people renting campers probably know this, but as a know-nothing it was a surprise. We were with others we knew and they took care of us, so it wasn't a hindrance. Jeremy was really helpful and responsive. Very personable and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely rent this unit again.

5.0We were very pleased at our first experience with renting a camper. Jeremy and his wife were very friendly and helpful. The camper had everything needed for our experience. He set up and took down everything. We are planning on renting from them again.
