Conveniently located between Hendersonville and Brevard and providing convenient access to Asheville, you won’t find a better local campground to stay at.Sites must have water, sewer, and 50amp power hookup.**This camper is delivery only. There will be a 5 night minimum stay for trips to Gatlinburg, TN due to the distance and the roads to get the camper there.**What's includedFresh linens, towels, all needed kitchen items, basic cleaning items, camping chairs, camping tables, cornhole boards.Other things to noteNo music festivals. - Security deposit: $840.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $210.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. It will also cover the cleaning of the unit after your use as well as the propane and wifi that the camper includes.

This was me and my wife's first time staying in a R V. We had a great time. Hunter, the owner was awesome he made sure the RV was nice and clean and everything worked. We'll be renting from him again.
