Pop up is good condition for its age! Has ice cold AC, where 30 amp hook up is available(I do provide a 30 amp/110v adapter). Convenient pick up location near Asheville/Hendersonville for WNC camping experience.Requires 2” ball to tow, 4 prong for lights(though I have an adapter for 7 prong).What's includedClean Sheets for each bed and Velcro attached curtains found under dinette seats.
Leveling equipment available, inside the tool box provided. Please use the tall jacks along with the labeled 2x6 to provide extra support for the larger bed (see picture). If planning to use the AC, it’s crucial when leveling to slightly lean the camper towards the rear/left/driver side corner, so as to allow AC to drain off this corner. Pillows/camping chairs/cooking supplies are NOT included. RecommendationsDelivery and pick up available for a fee upon request. Other things to noteNO SMOKING!!! Thanks!
