By booking this rental, you agree to the following Supplemental Terms, which apply in addition to Outdoorsy’s Terms of Service: • No Passengers or Pets While Towing – No persons or animals may ride inside the trailer while it is being towed. • Secure Before Moving – Ensure all doors, windows, and interior contents are properly secured before towing. • Speed Limit – Do not exceed 65 MPH; higher speeds can cause tire damage and serious safety risks. • No Roof Access – Climbing on the trailer roof is strictly prohibited. • No Heavy Partying – Keep it clean—excessive messes will result in additional cleaning fees. • Awning Use & Damage Liability – Do not use the awning when the trailer is unattended, in windy conditions, or when it’s raining. Awning damage repairs start at $1,000. • Road Restrictions – Only maintained paved, gravel, or dirt roads are allowed. No off-roading on rough, rocky, or uneven terrain that could damage tires. • No Smoking Inside – Smoking (including vape pens) is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee will be applied if smoking is suspected. • Propane Safety – Turn off propane tanks when not in use and while traveling. • Tank Emptying – Black & grey tanks must be emptied before return (unless a prepaid cleaning add-on is purchased). A $100 charge applies if tanks are not emptied. Failure to comply may result in fees, security deposit deductions, or rental cancellation. If unit is taken to music festival burning man, renter will lose entire security deposit.
