Yes, all the comforts are here: a full kitchen, heater, AC, hot water, toilet, shower with 10 towels, cooking supplies, utensils, cups, plates for 10 people, toaster, coffee maker, 2 flat screen TV's , Bluetooth compatible sound system with speakers inside and out.If planing to use the heater/furnace or cook in the kitchen they use propane for fuel , additional $30 for the propane tank or your more then welcome to bring provide your own.Sleeping possibilities include single bedroom with queen size bed, two double bunk beds, sofa bed couch, dinette conversion to bed.Outdoor amenities include electric awning with LED lighting, outdoor shower, and additional rear storage.What's includedFresh linens, 10 towels, cooking supplies, utensils, cups, plates for 10 people, toaster, coffee makerOther things to notePlease use RV toilet paper ONLY (supplied). No regular toilet paper, tissues, feminine products, flushable wipes, baby wipes, etc. are permitted in the RV toilet.Rules●Absolutely no smoking! If smoke is detected, $200 will be deducted from security deposit.●If the trailer comes back with pet hair, mud, or smells of feces or urine, $300 will be deducted from the security deposit.●Renters are responsible for any tolls, fees, tickets, or tows. Even after the deposit has been released as stated in the rental contract.●If Renter choices delvery option any fees associated for delivery to Campsite will be paid at time of entry.●Please bring back trailer in clean condition. Free of garbage, sand/dirt swept out, dishes washed●Grey and Black tanks emptied to avoid additional fees deducted from security deposit(-100).
