See the 'What's Included' list to see what I mean... your sleeping setup, cooking gear, outdoor patio comfort, lighting, storage, refrigerator... it's all included. I've set this bad boy up to be exactly what I take when I'm personally out adventuring.There's even a solar powered battery bank and inverter to charge your gadgets, which means you don't need expensive 'RV' sites at campgrounds.Speaking of savings... at ~25mpg, you'll get double the gas mileage vs. other campers.Just bring your toothbrush and hiking shoes. If you want to bring more, the massive roof box on top and storage cubbies inside will keep your gear safely stowed away when not in use.I make it as easy as possible for you and offer comprehensive video tutorials and a written PDF manual. This prevents accidental damage and allows you to grab the keys and go.

Any accident requiring body shop work will result in the full loss of your security deposit. We have our vehicles professionally maintained every 5000 miles and cover the cost of unexpected mechanical issues when they're within the understandable lifespan of a given part. Beyond normal wear and tear, you are responsible for all included items and damages to the exterior and interior of the van during the course of your rental. Me and my significant other rented this van to see the “Mighty 5” National Parks in Utah. The rental experience was 5/5 stars from beginning to end and would rent from this renter if I had the chance to!

We had a wonderful road trip thanks to John and his team at Vegas campers!! Communication was top notch. I had responses to all of my questions quickly. The van was EXACTLY as described. I had all the info and instructions I needed to ensure an amazing van life experience. Everything worked well, and we were comfortable. We were able to move around and see a lot while out west with this camper, which we wouldn’t have been able to do if we had to take down and set up camp every night. Plus, we didn’t need to bring any of our camping gear, which was huge since we were flying in! I cannot recommend these campers enough. I will definitely look to rent one again in the future if we find ourselves traveling from the Vegas area. The gas efficiency was decent, especially for a larger vehicle, and it was so easy to maneuver and park. Plus, we loved that it didn’t look like an obviously-rented camper can with big ads on the side. Thank you so much, John!

I loved my little van home from VegasCampers! The pre-departure videos made it easy to pick up the van and get going right from the storage facility, and meant I didn't have to go through trainings or debriefings after a long plane ride. The van gets great mileage too. Would love to rent again.

Excellent communication and campervan! Exactly as described. Safe, reliable. The van was amazing - very comfortable safe driving! We fwlt very safe driving long distances! Communication and van access was 100% loved the lighting options at night - loved the extra storage bin above the van roof - loved the fridge space! And ease of sleeping bed unit! Excellent compartments to store all items and allot of charging usb sockets! Battery charging is a breeze! Only A few items were not in 100% we have to be honest- such as missing a spoon - broken beach camping chair - low battery flashlight - broken stand for fan - broken zipper on sleeping bag - no cutting board for food. Overall a 9/10.

Hey Steven! So glad you had such a great trip and felt safe! We checked the chair and zipper, both work fine. Flashlight is to be charged. Fan is clip-on and also works fine. Cutting board was in the compartment as described. So glad you had a great experience with everything else you mentioned! :)

Q.What are pickup and drop off times?
A.
Pickup is strictly 3pm or later. Drop off is 11am or earlier. Please add the early pickup/dropoff option to add up to 4 hours to your pickup and/or dropoff time. Anything more requires an extra night's rental.
Q.How do I learn how everything works?
A.
I provide a thorough video tour of the van and explain how absolutely everything works and where everything is located prior to your pickup. You are required to watch the videos prior to pickup so that you can quickly begin your trip. This also helps with social distancing. You will not be given the keys unless you have completed watching all training videos.
Q.How do I pick up the van? Is delivery an option?
A.
I'm a 10-15 minute, Uber or Lyft from the airport. There will be a lockbox with your keys in the box. I don't typically offer delivery, but everything has its price and I'm not an exception :-) For $250, I will arrange to have the van dropped off at the long term economy parking area at the airport which has a free shuttle from the terminal.
