Hopefully the titles says it. This is a very nice home built teardrop camp trailer that total dry weight is approximately 1400lbs . Made for light and not sleeping on the ground. The back opens up for the kitchen area and some storage. The inside bed area measures 5' wide x 6'3" which has a futon couch/pad for the bed. There is also more storage in the bedroom area above the feet and head. It is on a new Kargo 5x10' long flatbed trailer giving a little more room in the front to haul coolers, generators or other things.
Has privacy shower bathroom and portapotty
Can add a extra 8x8 awning room to make it super comfy and plenty of room.
It has 12 volt lighting on the inside and kitchen area.
It is a 2" receiver ballWhat's included• It has a storage rack for lighter things on the top.
It has a deep cycle battery with a 100 watt solar panel on the roof and 12 volt to 110v power inverter that can last many days depending on what you decide to plug in.
A bike rack for the lighter bikes is also on the front.
It has a 8gal solar shower located on the top that is pressurized with air.
• Privacy room for showering and the portapotty. Other things to noteFor an additional cost there is a 8x8 awning or canvas awning room that can be used but must first need to go through a how to set up and secure it down course by me to make sure damage is not sustained.

This RV was amazing everything was thought of. This RV is ready for any adventure. Made my trip so much better just because of how everything was thought out and ready for any situation. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Kevin was very helpful through the process. The camper was perfect for 2 adults and a medium size dog. We usually tent camp and wanted to try out a camper. He has it stocked with a few amenities you may have forgot/don't have. Overall, I enjoyed using Kevin's camper for our trip.
