Unlimited generator use and generous mileage allowance! No hidden fees or add ons!This 2015 Thor Motor Coach Chateau 31L is perfect for the couple who wants to treat themselves to an affordable and roomy trip, as well as the big family excursion. Our coach is ready for Florida or Montana and it is equipped with holding tank heaters.This beautiful coach has two televisions inside, a 32” television/entertainment center outside, and the awning has built in LED lights. Convenience features include automatic leveling system, two power slide outs and rear and side-view mirror cameras.With sleeping for eight, there’s plenty of room for Yellowstone, tailgating, or attending the race of your choice. Queen bed, queen couch, full dinette and giant over-cab sleeping areas.Freshen up in the full shower and convertible dressing room in front of the bedroom.We love pets but they are on a case by case basis. Please contact us to discuss.Pickup and drop off times are flexible. We offer free set-up and tear-down for all deliveries.Excellent selection of DVD’s in the on-board library. Norm was awesome to work with and the RV was great for our family of 8. The Rv ran well as we took it across 13 states to 4 National Parks. Could not of been more happy. The little issues we ran into Norm was quick to respond. Would rent from him again.

We actually do allow pets, but we want to talk to our guests before renting to discuss our expectations regarding pet owner responsibilities.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Very flexible, just call us to work out the details!
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
There are always a few tips and tricks here and there. We ask our guests to plan for about 45 minutes for coach familiarization and demonstrations.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

We cover electric, water and sewer hook up with every guest and the pickup orientation.
