What's includedWelcome to Aloha Campervans Hawaii LLC! We are a locally owned business and we would love to share this island with you. This Luxury campervan is brand NEW (2023)! Its your own personal Rental Car and Hotel all in one! It comes with two queen beds. One on the main level and one on the PopTop roof. Sleeps 4 comfortably. The kitchen includes microwave, fridge, sink, and propane stove. Bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The front of the campervan has rotating captain chairs. Front and rear AC. Comes with a WineGuard unit for Wi-Fi, Xfinity/Comcast Cable TV, Firestick, Netflix, and Amazon Video. Plenty of storage but our advice is to pack light! There is a retractable awning, solar panels, 30amp hook-up (with 110 converter) and lithium-Ion battery, sliding screen door, and screens for the rear if you want to sleep with the back doors open! Our van comes with all the necessities for you to explore Oahu! You will need to charge the lithium ion batteries every few days for a couple hours. You can do this through any outlet at campsites or on my private beachfront property! People carry the aloha spirit here and are usually willing to help out if needed!Fresh sheets and towels, pillows, pots & pans, cups, plates, spatula and other cooking utensils, kitchen essentials: salt, pepper, dish soap, sponge, gloves, food storage, cutting board and knife. 9. When dressing, dress in layers and use clothing that is wool or synthetic.
10. Pack things in plastic bags in case it ends up raining.

13. Keep in mind that through most of the backcountry there’s no cellphone coverage (which is why there’s Tip #4 and Tip #12!

DO NOT attempt to go through any drive into any parking garages. This campervan is measured at 9'6". There is a back up camera but using a spotter would be more beneficial. Double and triple check that everything is latched and ready to go EVERY time you before putting the Campervan in DRIVE. Air Conditioning and fan can only be used if plugged into a 30amp hook up. PopTop must be latched down with straps clipped and all loose items must be tied down, as they tend to slid all over the place while camper is in motion. Camping permits are the responsibility of the renter. The van should not be used in any illegal manner and not operated by anyone other than those designated on the rental agreement or you will lose ALL your deposit. Renters are responsible for monitoring gray tank and toilet levels. Renters are responsible for emptying grey tank and toilet prior to returning, otherwise there is a $280 dump fee for us to dump ANY waste. Please do not cook any greasy/smelly foods in the van as the smell gets stuck in the fabric, we provided an outdoor stove for cooking things- like bacon, sausage, etc, just ask!Before return -- fill with premium fuel. Fuel Fill if not returned full = $10 per gallon.

Late fee $50 per hour and lost rental of any rental canceled that results from a late return.RV comes with a diagnostic device that tracks any engine issues and RV location. This must remain plugged in and working during the rental period. If unplugged, the renter waives the entire deposit, separate from and in addition to all other added charges and damages (at the sole discretion of the owner).Pet Violation shall be assessed as an agreed liquidated damage charge of $100 per day of the entire rental period.Renter must return RV with all items that were in when Renter picks up the RV and must replace all missing or damaged items.Renter is fully responsible for all direct and consequential damages to both interior and exterior and agrees to pay all charges that exceed their deposit within 7 (seven) days of notice from the owner (including diminution of value and lost rental for the time period being repaired). Renter is responsible for $50/day that campervan is in repair due to maintenance of renter, plus cost of ALL maintenance cause by renter.These terms are part of the rental contract and are automatically accepted by the renter when he/she books the rental.Please treat the campervan as if it were your own and return it as condition.
