This is your pet friendly, 42ft, 2 BR condo on wheels! Feel the comforts of home while camping in your dream location. This camper offers a king size bed with a large deep closet in master bedroom, equipped with a tv. 2nd bedroom has a foldout couch and built in storage and entertainment area equipped with a tv. Above the 2nd bedroom is a large loft great for the younger kids. This camper can sleep 6 adult size people and two kids comfortably. Full stocked kitchen for cooking and dinning and an island with pendent lighting , a full-size fridge and a large food pantry for longer rentals. Relax at night in the massaging and heated recliners watching some tv or just enjoying the indoor fireplace with a book. This camper comes with a large outdoor carpet, outdoor chairs, outdoor shower, and an outdoor fridge and sink to help make the outdoors more comfortable. Stream your favorite music both inside and outside the camper. Large storage area underneath the camper. 16 ft awning with LED lighting.This is a delivery and set up only rental. Certain requirements are needed for hauling this large RV and we want to ensure a safe delivery.
We ask you treat our RV with care and please make sure you leave it in the condition it came in. We use this for our own family as well and travel with our two small dogs which is why we understand having pets along with you. Please keep pets off of the furniture please. What's includedPots, pans, dishes, utensils and silverware, coffee maker, toaster, dish sponge, dish soap, dish towels, Lysol wipes, oven mitts, fresh linens and blankets, 8 bath towels, toilet paper, tank treatment tablets, 1 paper towel roll, 2 trash bags, broom and dustpan, spray mop, TV’s in both bedrooms and living room, added 3” memory foam pillow topper to the king mattress, 1 DVD player, outdoor foldout chairs, large outdoor carpet. This camper has a Polor package and can be used in cold wether stays. Furnace and two AC units work great. Master bedroom has its own AC for hot summer days. RecommendationsWe are so happy to share our RV with you and your family. Please take care of it and keep it cleaned up by the end of your stay. We appreciate you keeping the dishes/kitchen cleaned with the dish soap and Lysol wipes we supply. At the end of your stay please put dirty towels in the shower so they will be available for us to wash.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the camper please.
Another thing to note, this is a 42ft RV with 4 slide-outs and a height of 13ft 5in. Please ensure the camp site is capable to park and accessible for this length and height of RV. This also includes the capability for water and power connections. As the RV owner, we reserve the right to cancel at delivery if the site is not accessible without issuing a refund.
This is a large RV, we can not drive down roads with low hanging trees or drive down two tracks.
*** CHECK-IN- Renter will arrive at the camp site and check in and register and communicate with the RV owner you are there. At this time, the RV owner asks that you give us up to 1 hour to complete the set-up of the RV at your camp site uninterrupted please. We will call you once set up is complete. At that time you may come to camper so we may show you around the RV and give instructions on using certain things and answer any questions you may have about the use of the RV.
***CHECK OUT- Renter will be present for walk through with owner during rental return. Renter will be ready to vacate the camp site/RV one hour prior to check out time, This will allow us time to come and break down the RV to move it out in time for the campgrounds check out policy time.Thank you so much for understanding.Other things to noteDogs only, 2 dogs max over night (unless camp ground only allows one pet)

5Absolutely amazing time for our family of 7 in Elliott’s camper. The camper was very well equipped, the hosts thought of everything! Very clean and lots of room for all of us. Elliott was a fantastic host, seamless drop off and pick up of the camper at our campground. Thank you for all of your help!!

5Elliott's camper was a hit with the entire family! Extremely spacious and well kept. The small added details like hand soap and RV TP goes a long ways! We had great time and will rent this unit again.
