5.0This was a very first for us and an unconventional “camping” experience as it was in our own backyard! We needed additional sleeping space when our out of town adult kids came for a visit. Our daughter and her family preferred not to make the drive from a New Albany hotel several times daily during this trip. ADVENTURE BOUND RENTALS came to our rescue. They were very patient working with us, we had absolutely no knowledge of campers. We opted for delivery and pickup which went very well. We had some questions during the rental time and they were answered quickly. We also asked to extend the pickup time by one day when travel plans changed and were grateful they were able to extend the rental. We hope to rent again in November. If camping is your thing and you’re looking for a company to rent from we can certainly recommend ADVENTURE BOUND RENTALS.

4.0There should be a manual to show us the features of the RV and how to use them. We had no info and we needed help to use certain features. We asked others that had RVs next to us. The fireplace did not work and the switch was not in the correct position for us to run off of the battery. We feel a partial refund is due.
