Other surprises await you!JoAnn & Al have traveled the world, both individually and together, in Asia & Europe, and are now creating their bed & breakfast-on-wheels for their renters to enjoy their outdoor experiences.... Later on they plan to add some culinary experiences as well, but for the time being, you will have to be the chefs yourselves. We did the northern route last October (NH) and Cape May last spring. Went to Southern Va, SC and FL over Turkey Day and through Mid-December for 3 weeks - Our 1st really long distance trip with both winter/warm weather/what a ball! Other things to noteWe have checklists of things to bring to help our travelers. We can also consult on places to travel in advance of your travel time. We do a comprehensive orientation and check-out before we cut you loose with our deluxe RV, so come prepared to be tested on your driving skills whether experienced or 1st-timer. Deposit Fee of $350 will be held, if rule not followed. $350 Deposit fee & $25/day daily fee will be charged to security deposit if dogs are brought on board without notice/payment.RV Height is 11 Ft 3 inches. Do NOT attempt to go through ANY fast food drive-throughs/they are ONLY 9 +/- ft heights. This would cause MAJOR damage!ALL DRIVERS MUST BE APPROVED by Outdoorsy. This is per the insurance coverage guidelines. If not verified by Outdoorsy, you are not covered by insurance!NO CANDLES to be burned in coach - they can cause damage and also set off alarmCONDITION: Coach should be returned in like and cleaned condition. We will do the CDC standard cleaning/sanitizing on top of your overall cleaning - we have a standard cleaning & sanitizing fee of $169 for all rentals. Up to $250 cleaning fee if coach not returned in same condition as when departed - inside and out. "Up-to" is our choice, depending on how thorough you are.
Coach tanks are to be emptied before returning the RV, unless renter chooses to pay $100 fee and have us do the dumping for them. We double rinse black & gray tanks after they are dumped as part of our maintenance & preparation for the next renter, along with deodorizing/odor control treatments - doesn't release renter from doing their part!Inside Insurance (called DAMAGE PROTECTION by Outdoorsy) at $69/trip is required of all renters. You will need to do this verbally with Outdoorsy. Provides $1500 inside protection not provided by the other insurance.BOONDOCKING.
