Time Out = Time In
The trailer is due back at the same time it was picked up. For example, if you pick it up at 6:00 p.m., please return it by 6:00 p.m. on your return date. We can be flexible, but late returns beyond 2 hours will incur a $10 per hour fee.
Tank & Cleaning Fees
Black/Grey Water Tanks – Please return with tanks emptied. A $350 fee applies if returned with contents in either tank.
Propane Tanks – Must be returned full. A $50 fee applies otherwise.
Cleaning – A $250 fee applies if the trailer is returned excessively dirty. We don’t expect spotless.
No Smoking
Smoking, vaping, and cannabis use are not permitted inside the trailer.
Weight Distribution Hitch (Blue Ox)
Required by Ontario law for safe towing. We provide the hitch and ball mount—you’ll need a 2" receiver on your vehicle.
