Welcome to the Elwood. This cozy, fiberglass trailer has a fridge, microwave, 12V fan, double USB and 12V charging port, bluetooth speaker/radio, queen bed with memory foam topper, bench/single bed (suitable for young child), lots of outlets and loads of storage. The roof pops up for extra ventilation, natural light and head room.
Trailer is just over 6 feet wide, 13 feet long and weighs 690kg fully loaded. It is tiny but packs everything you need and you don't need a large vehicle to tow it! Hitch requires a 1 7/8 inch receiver ball (renter to provide). The hitch is 13" off the ground in level position, so if your vehicle has a high bumper (eg. Jeep, truck) you will need a step-down receiver to tow the trailer (if in doubt just ask me!)
Book an electrical site if you want to plug in and run all the outlets and appliances. On a non-electrical site you will not have use of the microwave and fridge but a fully charged battery will run the lights, fan and USB and 12V charger.
Interesting facts.... These trailers were originally made in Poland and a small number were imported and assembled by Nical Trailers in Canada. They are still manufactured in Poland (Niewiadow N126) and in the UK (Freedom caravan)
What's includedThe trailer comes stocked with two camping chairs, awning, screened dining tent, hammock, propane camping stove (1-small green propane tank provided (16oz/1lb)), water jug, outdoor folding table, coffee maker, set of plates, bowls, cups and cutlery for 4, mugs, pots and pans, campfire grill, dishwashing bin, flashlights, marshmallow roasting sticks, games, hose and nozzle for hook up to water at the site, dish soap, tinfoil, salt/pepper, coffee, tea and sugar. All you need to bring: linens/blankets and pillows, towels, food and smiles!

Host communication and all accessories and extras (stove, gazebo, plates cutlery…etc) included were great. All you need to bring along is your clothes and maybe a Nespresso:)

This mini RV does not disappoint! It was easy to tow and maneuver around once we got to our site. It is the perfect size for a couple looking to upgrade from a tent. Kathy does a great job of providing all your necessary amenities. We will definitely be renting this gem again!

What an amazing little trailer! We had the best time! Had some rail but we stayed nice and dry inside, and had everything we needed during the trip included in the trailer to really make everything so convenient. Will definitely rent again!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Flexibility of pick up and drop off will depend on if there are previous bookings...just ask and we can figure out the best timing to work for both of us.
Q.What size of receiver ball is required and do you provide it?
A.
To tow the trailer you will require a 1 and 7/8" receiver ball. I do not provide one but they are readily available at Canadian Tire, Walmart or Amazon.
In the level (towing) position, the trailer hitch is approx 13" off the ground. Many vehicles such as Jeeps, pick- up trucks and some other SUVs have a very high back bumper and without a step down receiver, the trailer sits at too much of an angle sof safe towing. Please just ask if you are unsure.
