This unit may not be used in the commission of any illegal activity or felony. If any evidence of drug usage, trafficking, or other illegal conduct is found, the renter will be held fully responsible for all resulting damages, cleaning costs, loss of rental income, and may be subject to immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund. Additionally, renters acknowledge that such actions may expose them to legal consequences, including referral to law enforcement.
