2023 Heartland Pioneer BH270
2023 Pioneer RV. Vertical clearance required is 11 feet. Max weight fully loaded 6900 pounds. length overall is just over 32 feet. This is a nice new clean camper and the interior will be thoroughly cleaned between each rental. Great camper for a weekend or a few weeks! Bunkhouse has been modified for extra headroom for both beds! All bookings within 7 days of a holiday require a 2 night minimum.50 ft of drinking water hose, one 25 foot non potable water hose, 40 feet of sewer hose, all necessary extension cords and adapters to use any generator or campsite power source. Dinette and couch both convert into a bed. Queen bed in the bedroom sleeps two adults, dinette sleeps two kids or one adult, couch laid out sleeps two kids or one adult. Two bunks will sleep two adults or four kids total.Delivery on Holidays will require an additional delivery fee of $250. ( 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.)All campsites must have full hookups. If not, proper equipment will need to be rented to ensure the safety of the camper.I can deliver the RV at these times:

If it smells like marijuana or cigarettes or have pet stains and/or smells upon return this is considered damage and $500 fee for deep cleaning and diminished value will be held from deposit.Please make sure your site has all proper hookups ie; water, 30amp Electrical and sewage at the site. If not, additional equipment might be needed.A $60 dump fee will be accessed if unit is used in a site without full hookups.

We had a great time on our trip and really liked the RV. The host was easy to work with and responded to any messages very quickly. It was missing a few key items that we needed to buy, such as mugs and a knife, and the bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable. If not for these things, I would have given a 5-star rating.
