She's equipped with 2 queen size beds each with cozy bedding, a pull-out sofa, and a convertible dinette. The above cab queen bed dubs as a nice lounge area. There is a fairly stocked kitchen and a coffee machine to enjoy in the morning. There's a separate toilet and indoor shower. If you're feeling free you can also enjoy the outdoor shower. Great to rinse off after the beach or just enjoy the outdoors. There are two televisions in the RV and one mount attached to the outside if you feel like moving the bedroom television outside. This RV is equipped with most everything you need to enjoy your camping experience. • NO SMOKING ($1000 fee will be incurred for smoking of any kind)
• POWER AWNING must be taken in when going into the RV for longer than a few minutes, when leaving the campsite, when it's windy, raining, or snowing. Power awning is for shade purposes.
• CLEANING please leave the RV how you found it. Remove all garbage, food, and belongings.
• BAD/STRONG SMELLS if the RV comes back smelling like anything an additional $350 will be deducted from your deposit for professional cleaning. This includes (but is not limited to) FRYING...no frying or cooking of strong-smelling food in the RV. No extremely strong-smelling perfume or cologne, etc.
• BLACK AND GRAY TANKS must be emptied before dropping off with VALVES OPEN. If this is not done an additional fee will be incurred.
• COOLING/HEATING must be cycled down completely PRIOR TO
PULLING POWER. This means from generator or outside electric.
• TOILET only RV toilet paper and what leaves your body should be flushed. Additional fee will be incurred if we have to fish it.
• ELECTRIC HOOK UP always use surge protector that's provided
• WATER HOOK UP always use pressure regulator that's provided.
• RETURN please be mindful of being timely when returning the RV. I want to make sure everything is very clean and prepped for the next camper and that takes some time.
• READ please read through the binder in the RV upon entering. It has helpful information in there for you and will save a lot of hassle.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

Breezy drives like a van or an old Cadillac if it's windy. Her turning radius is pretty darn impressive. Much better than my car...sadly. Careful leaving gas stations. The poles next to the pumps are notoriously hit. Take long, wide turns to avoid hitting anything close by.
