Review summary
Offers full delivery and setup
Larry often delivers and sets up the RV, explains features, and is helpful. However, one guest experienced significant delays and the RV not being ready at pickup.
Spacious, amenity-rich, varied condition
Guests enjoy its spaciousness, comfortable master bed, full fridge, two porches, and outdoor TV. However, one rental had missing doors/blinds, broken ladder, non-functional appliances (microwave, stove, fridge), and cleanliness issues.

5.0Larry was wonderful and so was the camper. He arrived at our camp site, set everything up for us and went over all the details of the camper. Aside from Larry, the camper was perfect for our family of 5, mom, dad, two boys (13 & 17), and our pup. The accommodations were perfect. We loved having the two porches. The back allowed us to socialize with our friends and neighbors to the right of us and the side porch gave us a quiet reprieve from everyone when we needed some downtime. Master bed was super comfortable. The shower was amazing. Overall just a great space that allowed us to enjoy a comfortable week away to relax and unwind. The bonus to this camper is the full sized fridge. That is a must from here on out.

1.0Contract start time was 11a. Arrived at approximately 12p, the camper was not there. After texting the host and calling Outdoorsy, the host finally arrived around 1:30p, and I then had to wait additional time for the camper to be set up. During the walkthrough, I discovered numerous issues with the camper: An interior door was missing. Blinds were missing. The exterior door did not close or lock properly and the host was attempting to repair it. Bunk bed ladder was broken. Microwave did not heat. Gas stove would not turn on. Refrigerator/freezer did not get cold enough to safely preserve food. Toilet had visible stool stains and was not properly cleaned. Clothing drawers needed to be vacuumed before we could use them. Dust throughout the camper. Overall, the camper was not ready at the contracted start time and was not in the clean, functional, and usable condition I expected when renting it. Several issues affected basic safety, cleanliness, and our ability to use the camper as intended. This was a very disappointing rental experience, especially considering the amount of time we lost waiting for the camper and dealing with problems that should have been addressed before arrival,
