RV has an open space concept which provides more space for family and guests.
Comes with a newer model RV Queen size mattress in the front. This bedroom includes blackout window coverings and a blackout curtain divider which provides privacy from the rest of the RV. It is connected to the bathroom with a sliding door attaching it to the bedroom. The bathroom is in the middle layout and has a toilet, small sink and stand up shower with a showerhead that includes an OFF switch for conserving hot water.
The 2nd bathroom door is on the opposite side which opens into the kitchen. The back part of the RV includes the kitchen and living area. The kitchen table with dual bench seats is where the only slideout is. This also turns into a bed for 2 people. The leather couch located at the very back lays down which turns into the 3rd and final bed for 2 people. All windows have blackout blinds. The AC unit can be turned on easily from the turn dials on the ceiling above. The furnace runs on propane for the heat and the thermostat is user friendly. 2 full 20lb propane bottles are provided. The RV comes with a working awning for the shade which is attached to the exterior of the RV and is push button friendly. The RV will come provided with the base standard equipment that came with it when purchased for the setup, rig out & towing of the RV.
This includes a 2 5/16" full ball hitch with pin and sway bars for easy towing. The 4 tires are NEW as of May 2025. The 2 RV batteries are NEW as of May 2026. I also offer a gas generator for an Add-on fee which includes unlimited usage hours and a full tank of fuel in price. Not required to refuel when returned.What's included• Multiple sheet sets, pillowcases & 4 pillows only. Comforter or Blankets not provided.

Excessive Cleaning ($30/ hr): Applied for unwashed dishes, food spills, dirty appliances, or excessive mud/trash.
Laundry Handling ($35/hr + $10/load): Applied if linens/towels are returned unstripped, wet, stained or left in excess volumes requiring multi-load processing.
