No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking inside the camper. A $250 deep-cleaning fee will apply if evidence of smoking is found.
Pets Welcome: Pets are allowed but please keep them off the furniture and return the RV clean.
Towing Requirements:
Must have a vehicle rated to tow at least 5,500 lbs GVWR.
Must use a 2” ball hitch and 7-pin connector.
A working trailer brake controller is required. (We can provide a portable brake controller for renters who don’t have one — ask in advance.)
Tanks: Black and gray water tanks must be emptied before return. If not emptied, a $100 tank-emptying fee will apply.
Return Condition: Please return the camper broom-clean, with trash removed and all personal items taken out.
Travel Restrictions: Camper may only be used at established campgrounds, RV parks, or designated festival/event camping. No off-roading or driving on restricted/unpaved trails.
