Refueling rules apply towards renter Renter will be charged $100 for insufficient Feul or lack of filling up tank before return of RV back to owner No exceptions on any rules Renter’s Deposit will not be refunded if RV has any damage upon return NO SMOKING- $250 FINE FOR SMOKING NO PETS- $250 FINE FOR PETS NO CLIMBING ON ROOF Renter is 100% responsible for buying gas for RV while renting from owner Renter return RV with a full gas tank or equivalent to gas level at initial pick up time Empty black and gray tanks before returning RV back to owner $150 fine applies if black and gray tanks are not empty upon return to owner Clean entire inside of RV before returning back to owner $100 fine applies if RV is not clean upon return back to owner If RV has any damage caused by renter or guest the owner will keep and retain renters entire deposit Renters/guest entire deposit is non refundable if RV is returned with any damage Late return fee $475 per day after RV return due date No transfer of ownership rights for renter Strictly a temporary rental based on days paid for Renter shall not occupy the RV after paid time/days are complete No trips to Canada or Mexico allowed - penalties and fines apply
