The following are extra fees just to make sure our RV returns in good condition. We truly do not want to charge renters any extra fees, so we just ask that you bring it back how it was! • Dumping Fee – $50.00 Waste tank not emptied. • Excessive Cleaning Fee – $100.00 Applies if RV is returned excessively dirty (mud, stains, pet hair, smoke, etc.). • Re-fueling Fee – $100.00 Not returned as initially listed. • $20 per hour late fee. • Drive safely and responsibly at all times — no speeding, reckless driving, or off-road use. • Keep food, drinks, and belongings secure while driving. • Clean up after pets, both inside and outside the RV. Extra charges may apply if excessive hair, odor, or waste is left behind. • No smoking or vaping inside the RV. $400 fine. • Return the RV in the same condition you received it — clean, tanks emptied, and trash removed. • Please note: This RV may travel to National Parks and other popular places, but it must remain on paved park roads only. Failure to do so can damage the car and incur additional costs.
