Our 2012 23' Class C Majestic Thor RV is outfitted with everything you need to head out! Our RV is based in Western Colorado, some of our favorite places to adventure are right in our backyard or within 90 minutes.Our compact RV is easy to drive and park, but still has plenty of room to enjoy after a day of play! Sleeps 4 comfortably, with 1 Queen and 1 full bed.Want to save time and $$? We also offer delivery and set up to our local area camping; need a ride to your home away from home? We can pick you up and drive you to your vacation rental too!Relatives in town and need some extra space? We can park the RV on your property and have it all set up for their arrival. They can have their own space but still be close to the family!Our RV can be used with full hook-ups or off the grid; we have a generator and propane for the refrigerator, freezer, shower, toilet, microwave/convection oven, 3 burner stove top, kitchen & bathroom sinks, heater, fan and AC too.Follow us @bluesprucervrental

Bike rack available to rent too..Inside we have blankets, bedding, towels, cookware & utensils, waffle maker, spices, wine glasses, French Press for coffee, coffee mugs, fresh roasted coffee and local teas as well! Just bring your favorite meals and clothes and you are all set!Anything we missed that you may want included, just let us know!RecommendationsA few of our favorite campgrounds are Highline Lake , Camp Eddy, and Ridgway State Park. These campgrounds offer hook ups and are great places to enjoy mountain biking, hiking and lake activities. Palisade is also a beautiful spot to set up at and close to the Mesa; biking (on and off road), wine tasting, hiking, winter activities, the Summer Sunday Farmer's Market, rafting and paddling too. Palisade Basecamp is a great campground as well with full hook-ups.There are also many great camping off-grid options on the Mesa as well as in Moab which is only 90 minutes from us.

The RV was exactly as described. It was clean and easy to drive, even though I had no experience doing so. Karen was so accommodating with an early pick up and late drop off, and even offered to give us a ride to the airport going home. I would 100% rent this RV and rent from Karen again. She made our trip effortless!

Karen and her RV exceeded ALL expectations! The RV itself is wonderful. Everything worked as it should, drove easily, bed was SUPER comfortable, and was seriously stocked with every possible type of item I could have ever needed/wanted. I was a little intimidated with running an RV for 5 days, dumping and filling tanks, etc, and this was SO EASY. And Karen as the "host" was amazing. SUPER easy/quick communication. She was so kind to allow us to pick up early and drop off late. Was available for questions throughout the trip. Even set us up with GOURMET coffee which we thoroughly enjoyed. We would rent Karen's RV again in a heartbeat- and probably will in the near future!

The RV was perfect for our trip. Karen has gone above and beyond with equipping this vehicle. From Tupperware for left over food, to tools for repairs, and everything in between, any time we thought "I wonder if there is one of these" there was. The bike rack was also a great addition for our trip.

Our first RV experience was amazing. Karen was so great to work with. She was extremely accommodating in every way possible. She let us pick up the RV a few hours early and let us keep our vehicle on her property while we took the RV on our adventure. The RV itself was SO clean and was stocked with everything and more. When the description says all you need is clothes and food it is correct. Karen's communication was wonderful as she got back to you very quickly. Karen was very thorough with explaining how everything works on the RV and any tips or tricks that may help. I highly recommend you rent this RV from Karen as you will not be disappointed.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are open to work with you on your pick up and return times. Communication is important and a text letting us know when you have left your campsite is very appreciated.
If a renter returns the RV after the agreed upon drop off time plus a one hour grace period, the owner may choose to charge a late fee for the reservation. RVs that are returned six hours or more late without consent from the owner will be charged for an extra rental night.
