5Steve is an excellent host. They sent us videos on how to set up and take down but also he reviewed things with us when we picked up. We had a great time, it is much easier to set up than we thought it would be because he had things marked well.

5My family had a great experience renting the SylvanSportGo from Steve. This was our first time pulling a trailer behind our minivan and Steve was kind enough to spend lots of time showing us how to get everything hitched up to the van, as well as how to open the Go. He also sent us very helpful videos before we arrived, so that by the time we were at our campsite, we were able to get the trailer opened very smoothly and quickly. The inside of the tent is a cool set up and very spacious. My family of 4 had plenty of room and sleeping was comfortable on the self-inflating pads provided. Steve also offered up an ice chest, bike racks, great camp chairs, cooking equipment, first aid kit, utility box with all the tools we may need. The camper has a solar panel on the roof and there’s an inverter in the trunk, so we were even able to charge our cell phones at a campsite without water or electric hookup. This trailer is easy to tow and really neat. It offers a lot of versatility. It also rained hard on us during the night and we stayed completely dry! We had a great time!
