2. A Cleaning Fee is mandatory with professional cleaning after each trip.
3. Please Ensure to Dump The RV Septic Tanks to avoid Dumping Fee.
4. Smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking is determined at the sole discretion of the owner and will cause forfeiture of your Security Deposit.
5. Please contact owner for pet policy. Pet on board without contacting owner will cause forfeiture of your security deposit.
6. No climbing on roof (for safety reasons).
7. An Airtag is placed in the RV to relocate the RV if stolen or in case of emergency.
8. Do not make repairs without approval.

5.0Great experience overall. Excellent communication before and during the trip. RV was nicely stocked for our adventure and there wasn't much else for us to pack or bring. I knocked down one star for listing accuracy as I missed the hitch from site description. The Outdoorsy listing chart said that this RV does not have a hitch, so I scrapped plans for hitch mounted bike rack, then at pickup I noticed that there actually is a hitch in rear (I should have scoped out photos before also in addition to just listing text!) Small suggestion: please consider a PDF + printed check list for set up and take down (I was frantically trying to take notes during pickup, so having easy to follow instructions would have been helpful for this RV noob :-). Thank you for a great booking.
