Tennessee has so many beautiful areas to visit! The fall leaves are gorgeous! Waterfalls are majestic! Not too mention Tennessee football!!

Other things to note

Now for the rules, we know, no one likes rules but we want to keep Willie (his nickname) looking fresh and new and keep our campers safe. We will provide a complete walk through, orientation, and any necessary training on the rigs systems. There are a lot of buttons and it can get overwhelming for newbies. We will also be available by phone during your trip to help with any issues that may arise.

Please make sure you have the appropriate tow vehicle to handle the weight, this is a heavy hauler, it must have a trailer breaking system. Be sure to check your vehicle specs. We will provide a weight distribution hitch system with sway bars. We require towing experience to be able to pull the camper yourself. First time towers not recommended.

To avoid the stress of towing we can deliver and set up for you so you can just show up and relax without all of the work. When you are ready to pack up we will return and pick up the rig. Final waste disposal included in delivery fee. Fee varies based on distance.

Interior protection plans are available through outdoorsy and recommended to give you peace of mind during your trip!

Please, No smoking on patio or in the Toy Hauler, campers are extremely flammable and soak in odors. If there is evidence of smoking in the rig you will lose your deposit.

Waste tanks must be emptied at 3/4 full. Empty black tanks first, gray tanks second. (We will show you how to do this during our walk through). Dumping fee may be applied if tanks are returned not emptied.

Refill propane tanks, if you are unable to do so or don't want to worry about it we may take the cost of refills out of the deposit.

We love our pets and definitely think they should be invited too but please keep young or destructive dogs crated when not in the camper to supervise them, we ask that pets stay off of the furniture to avoid any damages. An additional cleaning fee may apply if there is excess dog fur or mess.
Only dogs allowed, no cats, rodents, reptiles, horses, cows, lions, tigers or bears allowed. :) )

Use of the awning is allowed, they are very delicate though and the slightest amount of wind can damage them and they are extremely expensive to repair/replace. Just use common sense, watch the weather, if you go inside for the day/night, go to bed, leave the campsite please bring it in.

Leave camper as close to the way it was rented as possible, please replace items to their proper location. An additional cleaning fee may be applied if the unit is returned in an excessivley dirty state.

Ensure items are secure during travel.
