Rules and policies
We require all of our vehicles to be returned in the condition that they came. This does not mean that the vehicle has to be detailed, but it must come back clean and presentable (Exterior car wash and interior vacuum and wipe down). If the vehicle does not come back clean, then you will be subject to a full car detail fee ($350). Note - Black Bear Pass, Poughkeepsie Gulch, Pearl Pass, Schofield Pass, and Elephant Hill are prohibited in all of our rental vehicles.
All drivers must provide a copy of their valid driver’s license and will be subject to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. If you anticipate any issues with your verification—such as an expired license or a prior incident—please contact our team as soon as possible.
