5.0I had the best experience renting the Noovo Plus from Colette! I had never driven a van before, so I was a little nervous at first, but it honestly wasn’t a hard adjustment at all. Within about five minutes of driving, I wasn’t even thinking about it anymore. The van itself is absolutely amazing and had everything I could possibly need. It was comfortable, thoughtfully equipped, and the bed was so comfortable—I slept great! Colette was also wonderful to rent from. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions I had throughout the experience. I would absolutely rent from her again and highly recommend the Noovo Plus to anyone looking for an amazing van experience!

Frequently asked questions
Q.
Can I bring my dog?
A.
Yes! We love hoasting travelers with dogs and the Noovo Plus is pet friendly. Please disclose that you are bringing your furry friend(s) at time of booking.
Q.
How much mileage is included?
A.
Your rental includes 100 free miles per day. Additional mileage is subject to the mileage terms shown in your Outdoorsy booking, typically $0.30 per additional mile.
Q.
Is the Noovo Plus easy to drive?
A.
Yes! The Noovo Plus is built on a RAM 3500 chassis with an automatic transmission. While it is larger than a typical SUV, our guests—including first-time camper-van drivers—have found it surprisingly easy to drive and maneuver. We provide a pre-trip orientation and walkthrough video so you can feel comfortable with the vehicle and its systems before you leave.
Q.
Do I need RV or camper-van experience?
A.
Not at all. First-time renters are welcome! We’ll walk you through the vehicle at pickup, including the water, electrical, heating/AC, bathroom, bed, awning and other systems. You’ll also receive our pre-trip instructional video.
