- No unauthorized drivers allowed
2. Usage Guidelines
- No smoking inside the RV
- No climbing on the roof
3. Pet Policy
- Pets allowed (yay!)—but renters must clean up after them
- Any damage caused by pets is the renter’s responsibility
4. Cleaning Expectations
- RV must be returned in reasonably clean condition
- Excessive dirt or mess may incur a cleaning fee
- Mattress protector must be used. ( provided )
- Trash must be removed before return
5. Tank Responsibilities
- Black and gray tanks must be emptied before return
- Failure to do so may result in a dumping fee
6. Pressure regulator ( supplied ) must be used at all times while hooked up to water supply . ( failure to do so will result in repair charges)
7. Tire chocks ( supplied ) must be used when parked .
