Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage. Festivals need a quick approval first — just message us before booking and we'll confirm your fee within 24 hours. The Festival Upgrade ($200–$1,000 depending on event) is required for all event trips. Burning Man and Coachella are not available under this add-on — reach out directly to discuss.
