Only used a few times since it was bought new.-Towable with half ton pick up, we provide the weight distributing and sway control hitch that makes it possible! Unloaded the trailer weights 6,710 Lbs.-Comes with gourmet kitchen, residential master suite (queen memory foam mattress)with bedroom door (bedding only for this bed is provided), and spacious bathroom. 82' tall interior and 72' tall slide rooms. Oversized tank capacities (fill and empty the tanks less often). Outdoor kitchen, 19ft awning, furnace, and so much more! Can sleep 4 adults and 4 kids comfortably with 1 queen bed, 1 sofa sleeper, 1 drop down dinette bed and 2 bunks. Comes with some kitchen utensils. Also comes with 25ft water hose, leveling blocks, wheel chocks, sewer hose support and sewer hose. Also enjoy your music anywhere with indoor and outdoor speakers and a bluetooth enabled system.-We deep clean and disinfect the RV after each renter!

My family and I have been in Arizona for over 20 years and we love to spend time outdoors exploring our great state and surrounding areas. We are blessed to have the opportunity to share our travel trailer and hope that we can help provide an avenue for others to enjoy the great outdoors too! Our family enjoys traveling, camping, and visiting new places. It is a great way to rest and also go on an adventure. Our favorite places to visit are the beach - particularly Rocky Point, Mexico and the cool pines in Northern Arizona. Typical pick up time is 9am and drop off is 3pm. We can do as early as 8am for pick up and as late as 5pm for drop off.
