This is a 2017 Forest River Rockwood Mini, fully stocked, family and pet friendly. Sleeps up to 8. One queen bed, two full size bunks and the kitchen table transforms into a 6ft long sleeping area. Nice modern interior with all the bells and whistles. Also electric awning with LED lighting, outdoor kitchen, indoor and outdoor speakers (bluetooth radio inside camper), grill with propane tank and outdoor shower. What's includedIncluded in this rental are 4 camping chairs, 4ft camping table, propane fire pit with tank, fresh linens, cookware, utensils, dishes (plates, bowls & cups), 4 bathroom towels, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels, soap and garbage bags. There are also board games and outdoor games. Other things to noteAlso comes with power jack, anti sway bars and bluetooth brake controller.

We had a amazing experience, the host were so friendly and helpful and just the absolute sweetest the trailer was perfect for our family 3 kids and 2 adults had enough room to move around bed was really comfortable the boys enjoyed it and want us to buy one now :) the shower was great for after the lake and the AC was amazing got chilly at night even in the desert with the lake and over 100 degrees still worked great it was a all around great experience I would give more stars if I could!

RV was super easy for pick up and drop off. Full instructions were provided and communication was super easy. A few minor things had a few issues, as all RV’s do, and owners were super understanding and helpful. Would rent again! Thank you!
