And dish soap, and dish towels are included, as are cleaning supplies, paper towels, rags, broom and dust pan.We also provide a first-aid kit, a supply of RV toilet paper, black tank deodorizing pods, and rubber gloves for the clean-out. We provide outdoor chairs and camp stools - seating for 7.We do suggest you bring your own pillows and bath towels.The RV has lots of storage, including two closets with clothes bars and specially designed RV hangers. We find it's better to put most clothes on hangers rather than fishing around for clothes from suitcases.If you send us a message, we'll send you a complete inventory list, so you'll know what to pack and what to leave at home. RecommendationsWe make it a two-day trip when we drive to Denver, Colorado to visit our son and daughter-in-law. Nebraska is as good half-way point, and the KOA in Lincoln is excellent.In Denver, Cherry Creek State Park is a wonderful find -- an oasis of green and water, and plenty of RV hook-ups and super close to all that Denver has to offer.Other things to noteWe allow one small pet, under 50 pounds, for a $125 fee.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Let's talk prior to your pick-up/Drop-off. If there's no other party, we're VERY flexible. But some days, we'll need time for cleaning and prep on both ends, so our 3pm pick-up and 10am drop-off will be firm.

Will I have a chance to review the contract prior to pick-up/key delivery?
A.
Yes, a week prior to your scheduled pick-up, we will send a packet of information, the standard contract and a supplemental agreement. We encourage you to review and we're happy to answer all questions. Our goal is to make you 100% confident as you embark on your adventure

Some of our best memories are on camping trips. Starting when our twin boys were babes, we loved our Winnebago pop-up. In their teens, we had cross-country adventures in a Winnebago Rialta. And now, we enjoy seeing our son in Colorado in our Minnie Winnie. What do we love? Gardening, golf, craft beer and meeting new people!
As an RV owner, we now enjoy meeting and sharing camping experiences with great folks who share our love of camping and the great outdoors.
