Our homey trailer sleeps 5 comfortably. The queen bed is a Murphy bed which will converts to a comfy sofa when just hanging out! The bunks are perfect for the little ones. The dining area converts to a sleeping area for 2 kids or 1 adult. Furry friends are welcome. There is an outdoor shower, hook up to move TV outside for outdoor movie nights/outside speaker for stereo. There are under awning LED lights for evening ambiance! Bathroom has a tub for the little ones and good lighting and counter space. Trailer comes equipped with Utinsels, pot and pans, cups, plates, toaster, and 3 camp chairs for outside. Also marshmallow stakes for S'mores! Trailer is stocked with kitchen towels, paper towels and toilet paper. Bath towels and bath toiletries if needed and requested. This trailer is lite weight and easy to pull. Very comfortable and cozy for camping and fun! What's includedFresh bed sheets, 3 camping chairs, camping rug for outside, cookware, utensils. Delivery available within 60 mile radius. The delivery fee includes drop off and pick up. Other things to notePets are welcome. No Smoking. We will dump the septic if you are unable to for a small fee.

We are retired family people! We have a large family we like to get together with during the summer. We all have RV's. We have 6 kids, 6 in-law kids and 19 grand children! Family is most important to us! We have 5 grand dogs and 2 grand cats. Our favorite trip is every summer when we trek up to Montana to play on Echo Lake with our family.
