Delivery Only.Avalanche 390DS includes 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 2 restrooms, an upstairs loft with a queen mattress, kitchen with full size refrigerator, oven and microwave. Kitchen island full size sink. Two recliners with TV equipped with cable hookup (movies available with DVD) and electric fireplace. Bedrooms have clean linen provided and bathroom terry. Kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensil and cooking ware.What's includedAll linen and bedding are included in the RV. Basic cooking pots, pans and utensils. Owner drops off and sets up the RV making sure everything is in working order before leaving. All beds are made and it is stocked with a lot of DVD's to enjoy movies. Other things to noteRental Rules

No smoking allowed
Must take out all trash prior to vacating RV
Return RV as it was presented at time of arrival.

The Rig was unsafe to occupy because the master cylinder for both living room and dining room slide is damaged. Safety is the primary concern for our guests and we want them to have the best and safest trip. Unfortunately this reservation was cancelled for unforeseen damage and was a safety liability.
