No smoking inside campers. If pets are allowed, please be mindful of upholstery.
Campers must be returned in the same condition they are checked-out. If a camper is returned in an unsatisfactory condition, a cleaning fee will be assessed and charged from your security deposit. Fees can vary widely dependent on the level of cleaning needed, but we reserve the right to hold the entire deposit if deemed necessary.
Campers must also be returned/ready for pickup at the stated rental end time. Campers returned up to 2 hours late will incur a charge of 50% of first nights rent. Campers returned more than 2 hours late will incur a charge of 75% of first nights rent. If the late return interferes with another booking, the late fee is increased to the full nightly rate each eight-hour period the vehicle is late plus an additional $100 administrative fee.

During the colder months, the furnace sucks up a lot of propane. If renting during this time we have a few options for renters. 1:You may remove the tanks on the last day and have them topped off at a refilling station. 2:You may add a this Propane Refill charge to your booking, and we will take care of refilling the tanks when the camper returns. If neither of these options is chosen and we have to refill the tanks after your trip, a $5/gal charge will be deducted from the security deposit.

While we don't recommend towing with a full black tank, we understand that it's not the most glamorous job to empty it. Choosing this addon with waive the requirement to have an empty black tank upon return.
