2005 Forest River Sunseeker
Newly renovated, new transmission, maintenance upkept on regular basis. Just 1 hour from DC, this family & baby-friendly RV will fit the grandparents, too! Featuring a separate bunkhouse room (sleeping 4), queen bed over the cab, jack-knife sofa (1-2 adults), and a dinette conversion bed (best for 1-2 kids). Lots of room with the slide out and "basement" storage for kids bikes, umbrellas, etc. Car seat hooks for our little guests, 10 seatbelt options in total (4 on the dinette, 3 on the couch, 1 on the swivel chair, passenger and driver). We use the GetUpside app for a discount on gas, we have a code that you can use for 20+ cents off each gallon on your first purchase: 3VG34. For full cross country trips, you will need to take it for an oil change prior to return; we like our engine. =)Pick-Up protocol: Pick-up location is nearby to Hallie Wells Middle School in Gaithersburg, MD. Or you may park cars at our house for a fee. Time of pick up is flexible and drop off as late as 4 pm unless we have back to back rentals. If returning on a Sunday, drop off is only between 11-3 pm, please. In addition to a verbal walk through, an instruction book with pictures will provided to you, which is helpful if you are a visual learner. When you arrive, we will do a walk through, sign the Outdoorsy paperwork and hand over the keys to you!
Pick Up: return walk through with picsDriving tip: 1) Wide turns 2) adjust mirrors and watch out for concrete pillars when filling the gas tank, otherwise it's pretty easy to drive. Back up camera is very helpful.
