This perfect sized, 21'9" trailer will provide you with all the amenities that you need for a comfortable family outing. Our 2022 Wolf Pup 16BHS offers comfortable sleeping for four. The queen bed has been upgraded with a 10 inch memory foam mattress to ensure a comfortable nights rest, a bunk house for the kids and a dinette that can easily be converted to a fifth small bed for added sleeping space. This family friendly trailer has a large kitchen with a flush mount glass cook-top, huge sink, ample counter space, and a 10.3 cu.ft. double door refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, TV and radio with indoor/outdoor speakers. This unit has a bathroom with small shower and toilet, AC, propane heater, water heater, and ample storage throughout the trailer with a large exterior pack and play door to access storage under the bottom bunk. Exterior features include full-size power awning, outdoor mini refrigerator, outdoor shower and LED lighting.What's includedWe want you to maximize your time and leave the planning to us. You will be provided with fresh sheets/pillow cases for the queen size bed, queen size blanket, two pillows, two towels, two hand towels and wash cloths. The stocked kitchen comes with service for five with pots/pans and cooking utensils, coffee pot, mixing/serving bowls, dish towels, cleaning sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, pot trivets and basic cleaning kit. Fresh water tank will be filled if you will not be staying at a camp site with water hookups. Not far from Fruita there is Arches, Canyonlands, Diosaur and Black Canyon of the Gunnison, National Parks, and the Grand Mesa National Forrest.Other things to noteWe love our pups and are pet friendly with an additional fee of $25 / dog.

We are Jody & Mary and we LOVE the outdoors and want to share that with as many folks as possible. We have always enjoyed camping and have made a steady progression from tent, to roof-top tent, to pop-up, to travel trailer, to.... we'll have to wait and see what's next. We love western Colorado and all it has to offer. We spend our free time paddling the river, hiking, golfing, xc skiing, and are avid mtn bikers. Jody has been a trail builder in the Fruita area for almost twenty years so if you need trail beta, we have you covered. Our goal is to make sure you enjoy your adventures as much as we do. The town motto here in Fruita is "Play like a local" and that is what we hope you do.

We decided to go camping for the holiday weekend. We were not experienced campers, but Jody was an incredible host. He was extremely responsive to our questions, offered advice, and communication was easy. He was flexible from the beginning and we had an amazing time. The accommodations were perfect for our weekend get-away.
