2.0Pick-up and drop-off were easy and trouble free. They have a nice large cul-de-sac with plenty of room to pick it up and and drop it off. Overall the RV looked fine when we picked it up. It towed great behind our Chevy Colorado and we didn't have any issues on our drive. Unfortunately the RV needs some major maintenance. When we arrived at our campsite, the wind blew the bathroom roof vent cover off and we found it on the ground. It was in pretty rough shape and had already been duct taped back together at some point. There's no screen on the roof vent, or access to the roof. So we had a 12x12 hole in the roof for the entire trip. Luckily we had clear weather. The seal in the toilet doesn't hold water so the black tank smell coming into the RV was terrible. The first night we found out the furnace didn't work. It was 70 degrees during the day, but 40 or colder at night and we were prepared for no heat. They warned us the fridge was acting up before we pick it up, so we were prepared for the with coolers. They said it was working again at pickup, but it stopped working after the first night again. It could be a great camper, but it needs some work.
