We are a pet-loving family, and we understand the desire of wanting our four-legged companions with us while on vacation. We do allow a maximum of two pets to join their families, however, we hope our guests use good judgment when bringing their animals:
- Well-behaved pets with good bathroom manners are more than welcome.
- We ask that pets be up-to date on flea and tick prevention.
- We expect pets to be cleaned up after outings such as a sandy day at the beach or a day of swimming in the lake. We have hot/cold outdoor hose available to make this more convenient.There is a nonrefundable $50 pet fee for the first pet and a $20 fee for the second pet. Any damages incurred by a pet will be taken out of the $650 refundable security deposit, so please keep that in mind when making this decision.***Note to NON-PET OWNERS Pet deposits are used for extra cleaning service***SMOKING
Absolutely NO smoking or vaping inside the RV. If there is any evidence of smoking, the entire $650 refundable security deposit will be forfeited.CLEANING
We don’t want the burden of chores hindering our guests' vacation time. Our cleaning service is included at no additional charge between each booking. HOWEVER, we do expect our RV to be treated with respect and we would appreciate light upkeep while in use. If our rental is returned excessively dirty, the extra cleaning services will be deducted from the $650 refundable security deposit.****DELIVERY****
A flat fee of $400 covers delivery, set-up, and retrieval for up to 50 miles.

5The only thing better than the Collins family’s RV is the Collins family themselves. These are some of the nicest, most thoughtful people and a pleasure to rent from. I had to change my plans last minute and they were so kind and flexible with dates. Then, when I got stuck in traffic the day of delivery, they patiently waited to ensure I had everything I needed at check-in. The RV looks and feels brand new. It is perfectly and luxuriously outfitted with everything you could need (including thoughtful details like bottled water in the fridge) and is well organized so there isn’t any clutter. The beds are very comfortable and my kids loved the huge bunk loft and the separate bunk room. We really enjoyed the fireplace and the recliners with the heating and massage features. Plenty of space for the family and pup to roam around, even with our dog crate in the living room. Would definitely rent this RV again.
