We need about an hour to do the walkthrough at pick up and about 30 minutes at drop-off. Monday - Friday, pick up between 11 am-1 pm or after 5 pm. Saturdays and Sundays are mostly flexible. we were driving from Bay Area CA to Kings Canyon National Park and planned to rent RV on our way. David's RV was perfect for us - easy to communicate, very much organized (never seen a RV with such detail setup of provisions). no issues with RV except for the confusion about fresh water tank.
