2The poor condition of the RV ruined our vacation and caused us to have to halt our tip at the first stop. Would not rent from this host again … They don’t take care of their vehicles and blame the renters for the RV’s poor condition. The RVs suspension had major problems. Riding on the interstate was very scary as each slight bump shook and jarred the RV and felt as if the RV was about to shake apart. We had to enter and exit the RV with a Ladder -steps didn’t work. RV was advertised to have awning - but awning was missing. Due the shaking and jarring doors fell off inside the RV. When we picked up the RV, there were dead bugs all over the front of the windshield. We had to deal with a mini-fridge, which was inconvenient but we were aware of this before our trip. Have learned from this trip to only rent an RV that’s new or almost new, not one like this that’s ~10 yrs old. It’s not like simplicity of renting a car. This is a nice RV … they are just not taking care of it.

5Had a great experience, slightly troubles due to inexperience in rvs but always quick and helpful responses. Looking forward to renting again from them and possibly trying out another rv in their fleet.
