• Never exceed the speed limit with rigs. They are too heavy and will result in flat tire and damage to rig that will be charged to renter.
• Be mindful about the height of the vehicle when travelling. Do NOT go through drive-thrus.
• Never allow house battery to be depleted. It will cause you to have no power and things will not work properly without adequate voltage.
• Renters often create problems with the rig by not understanding how to use the rig which sometimes make renters believe the rig components are not functioning. User-error is the Number 1 reason renters have problems with RVs. Please be sure to take a moment to study the vehicle and record your orientation when you pick up the rig. One hour of mobile tech support is included but additional time required to educate renters and troubleshoot problems will be billed to the renter unless it is determined a component is not functioning at no fault of the renter.
• Never have repairs done to the RV without owner consent. You will not be reimbursed for unauthorized repairs.
• Read Outdoorsy's Terms of Service to understand renter and host obligations.
• If you take the rig after orientation, you are agreeing that the rig is in suitable condition and will not attempt to get refunds for things that you are aware of at time of departure. Please be sure you are pleased before departing.
