Jones Adventure Rentals LLC presents the 2018 Forest River Salem. This 32’ travel trailer has a dry weight of 7955 and GVW of 11019. It features a 30-amp electrical service with a total sleeping capacity of 8-10. This is a comfortable and modern travel trailer that is great for families or groups.
It features a private queen bedroom, complete with an 8” memory foam mattress. One of the large slideouts creates a spacious main area for cooking, eating or relaxing indoors. A second slide out in the separate bunk room makes for spacious accommodations for the three bunks and an entertainment area with TV and gaming system. There is also a U-shaped dinette and couch in the main living area fold down/out for additional sleeping.
There is plenty of storage in the kitchen for your food to be put away, with a larger stainless steel fridge. The stove has 3 burners and the oven is big enough for frozen pizzas or a 9x13 pan. The Salem comes fully stocked including linens, dishes, cookware, folding chairs, and board games.
Outdoors the camper also offers a radio with Bluetooth and surround speakers both inside and out, outdoor lighting, an automatic awning, and an outdoor kitchen, including a fridge, sink, and grill. Set up is a breeze with and automatic power jack and stabilizing jacks. The large majority of the Salem’s features can be controlled with a single remote.
No interest in towing or set up? Jones Adventure Rentals delivers and sets up as well! No need to worry about pulling or parking the rig. We will bring the camper out to your reserved campsite within 100 miles of Fort Madison, and then we will pick it back up again after your stay. Delivery and set up fee is $2 per mile within 50 miles and $3 per mile within 100 miles, with a minimum of $50. We want you to be able to simply jump into the camper and enjoy your experience.

We had an amazing stay in this 2018 Salem! Everything from delivery to pick-up was seemless for us first-time RV users! Next time we rent, it will definitely be with Chris and Teneil! The beds were so comfortable with super soft sheets and bedding. The heat kept us toasty warm. Everything we needed was stocked- even the first aid kit we needed to tend to a bicycle crash injury. The additional outdoor kitchen (yes- two refridgerators!) on the Salem was perfect for our campground birthday party, as all of the food, drinks and kitchen utensils were easily accessible! The freezer on the indoor refridgerator is even big enough to keep a sheet cake-sized Dairy Queen ice cream cake perfectly frozen! We couldn't be more pleased with our stay and the owners! I would highly recommend RV rental with Jones Adventure Rentals!

Teneil was nice to work with. She was very responsive when we had questions. The RV was spacious enough for our family. It is a cute RV and it has a nice layout. They delivered it and set it up for us which we appreciated. It was nice and cool inside when we arrived. The listing did say there was a gaming system and technically there was but it was very old and only had a monitor not a TV. My son never tried hooking it up. There were not any TV’s in the camper despite there being three locations for them. The cabinets and some of the dishes in the camper were not very clean and the bathroom cleanliness was not up to our standard. On day 3 of our stay we ran out of fresh water. When I called about the location of the water jug and funnel they said they always camp with full hookups and didn’t have one. We luckily were able to borrow one from our neighbor. I would recommend bringing your own bedding as the bedding provided was not comfortable. The sheets were not cotton therefore they did not breathe well. The mattress in the main sleeping area and on the bunks were very thin. I have stayed RV’s before. This one seemed to lack some of the nicer amenities. With that said, we had a nice time with our family and appreciate the use of the RV for our trip.
