Little Birdie is our super cute, restored vintage canned ham camper. Go back in time and experience #camperlife in the 1950s!Sleep - The back couch folds down to a double/full size and sleeps 2 adults. The front dinette folds down into about a twin bed size, but it's small so best for littles.Systems - Water uses a 12v battery so works anywhere but lights/outlets require a standard (120v) electric hookup. Original ice box. Propane range.Included - Everything you need for a fun camping trip! Folding table, cookware, dishware, linens/bedding, camping chairs, awning tarp, camping rug, locks for door and hitch, chocks, outdoor electric cord, Igloo-style food cooler, roasting pokers, leveling jack. Just bring clothes, hot dogs, and you're ready to go!Logistics – Pick up in Fort Collins after 3pm, return broom-clean before 11am to allow time for sanitation and prep between guests. Allow 15 minutes for walk thru on pick up and drop off. Local delivery for a fee. If there is no reservation before/after yours we can be flexible on these times.Safety - There are tail lights to plug into your hitch. Little Birdie weighs 2100 lbs empty. She does not have independent brakes, so you don't need a brake controller. New tires have about 500 miles on them. We've had Little Birdie for a while and love her dearly. Please do let us know if you have any questions. Thank you! What's includedI will provide bedding if you request it.

Frequently asked questions

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

We can work with you, it's not an issue. The camper is not fully booked.

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

The water is a tank and only feeds the sink. If you wish to use it, you may fill with a hose under the "driver's side" front dinette bench. The electric only provides power to a couple lights and a couple outlets, you can use an extension cord to hook that up. No bathroom facilities in the camper. You can add on a standard size propane tank for a fee if you wish to cook with the range.
