Hello my name is Erik! My family loves the outdoors. This was a huge reason we purchased this brand new 2022 Heartland Mallard M26 32’ Travel Trailer! But we also want to share that experience with you! Don’t have a towing vehicle, no worries we’ve got you covered! We will setup and tear down everything for you so all you have to do is relax and enjoy the outdoors! If you would like to tow our trailer that is an option as well! We do require a tow vehicle that has electronic brakes installed, as well as it must be able to tow the weight of our trailer. Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have and we look forward to being a part of your next adventure!Includes a King size Ghostbed Mattress for a comfortable nights sleep! Also has Full sized bunk beds and dinning table and couch conversions for all your sleeping needs.Well stocked kitchen with 3 burner gas stove and oven. A spacious pantry for food storage and a good sized refrigerator.Outdoor Kitchen with mini Fridge, sink, countertop ice maker, and 2 burner gas stove.Includes the Level Mate PRO wireless leveling system for fast and easy leveling during the setup process. (1.) NO SMOKING allowed inside RV. Please no smoking, vaping, or drug use. If RV comes back smelling of any kind of smoke $250 will be retained from security deposit for professional cleaning.
(2.) NO PETS allowed inside RV. We are sorry but our children are allergic. If we find evidence of pets, $150 will be deducted from the security deposit.
(3.) To avoid an Excessive Cleaning Fee of $50, please bring RV back in a clean condition - garbage out, sand/dirt swept out, dishes washed, tanks emptied.
(4.) ONLY flush RF safe toilet paper. We Provide Toilet Paper!! No wipes or feminine products please.
(5.) If you need to call for Roadside Assistance please also call/text me to me in the loop. I want to be sure you and the RV are OK!
