This travel trailer is perfect for large families or is a great home base for a hunting party. It has 6 separate beds. (3 doubles in a bunk house, 2 convertible sofa beds, and an RV king). Can sleep 10-12 if you don't mind doubling up.
It has a wide pop out for the table and couch making a large open living space with plenty of room to walk around.What's includedIt comes with a generator and 4 hours free use per day. Keep in mind that the generator does not power the AC. If you want to use the AC you need to be hooked up at an RV park or bring your own large generator.
A flat screen TV in the living area with a stereo and speakers that are inside and outside.
There is another tv in the bunk house for the kiddos.
An automatic 6 gal hot water heater, a heater, and air conditioning.
It has a weight distribution/ sway controller hitch and electric tongue jack.
2 propane tanks (60lbs) One comes full and the other has what ever is left from the last rental. If you need more you are responsible to fill it up.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR DRUGS IN OR BY THE TRAILER. If the trailer comes back smelling like smoke or marijuana you will forfeit your deposit. So be conscious even of your clothing smelling.

5Our annual trip to Shnebly Hill was another success with about 16 RVs and over 60 people enjoying the Labor Day Weekend. Lots of rain, mud, laughs and a few tears as we continue to honor Jerry Russell. Jason was a great host. His RV worked perfectly for us. The only suggestion I have is if you are using the back bunk bed you will definitely need extra padding. I think the pad was only about 1/2 inch thick and very flat sitting on plywood. Extremely uncomfortable. Otherwise, all worked out great.
