Beds are a camper queen and the couch folds down to full size. The 'Mini sleeps 2-4 depending on combination of adults to kids. If all adults, max of 3 is recommended (two on the camper queen, one on the fold down slide out). This trailer is perfect for smaller families that spend more time outdoors.Ice cold AC for the hottest part of the days and toasty furnace for the chilly winter camping (as a backup there is a ceramic heater). Rules and policies
1. We believe in the HONOR SYSTEM and trust that you will take care of our camper while in your use.
2. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in the camper. If I smell it, 1/2 of the deposit is FORFEIT. NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. If at all possible, use campground showers before considering use of RV one.
4. No climbing on the roof (except for large debris removal). Ask first.
5. All equipment, hoses, and lines cleaned before stowing (wipe down with a rag etc).
6. Do not force keys in locks or force turning of keys.
7. NEVER tow without sway bar attached.
8. Check all lights before driving and towing.
9. NEVER ride in the camper while it is being towed.
10. If you are uncertain about an operation while camping, contact Coach-Net 24/7 for assistance or myself as a back-up
11. If you use the RV camper toilet or shower, you MUST dump BEFORE towing back to drop off. (this is safer and will save on gas also). If it is NOT dumped, $75.00 of deposit is FORFEIT.
12. This trailer REQUIRES a 7-PIN CONNECTION for towing and has electric brakes. Ensure your tow vehicle is equipped properly. If you do not confirm you have the right equipment to tow and you show up to pick up, 1/3 of the rental is retained. NO EXCEPTIONS!
13. All camping equipment items are inventoried.
14. $100 for late returns subtracted from Security Deposit.
