My wife and I rented Ben’s van for 8 days to see if the ”van-life” was something we’d enjoy. Honestly, it took a few days to learn how to live/operate in such an efficient space. But after figuring it out, we found several incredible moments where we could see how amazing the van-life might be. My favorite moment: leaving the campground at evening to cook/eat dinner along the shores of a lake at sunset. Having the van made it possible to escape the busy campground and find some solitude in a quiet picturesque place. Also, I wanted to note that Ben is AWESOME. Check out to awhile because we were having such a great conversation about camping, fishing and life in general. He’s a fantastic owner who does his best to assist you every step of the way. Thank you Ben!!

We spent a few nights in Idaho and Yellowstone, and the van performed flawlessly. No issues at all and we really loved all of the features. The solar kept the battery topped off, and we didn’t need hookups. The bath and toilet were super easy to use. Has me considering buying one myself now haha. Seriously a very nice van and incredible experience. Ben checked in before and after the trip, and his website even had videos to walk us through everything so we had no questions or issues.

Incredible experience! I did a solo trip through Arches, Canyonlands, and Goblin Valley, and couldn’t have picked a better van. It’s clear this is Ben’s personal vehicle—not some beat-up fleet rental. Everything worked exactly as promised—outdoor shower, fridge, diesel heat, power bed. Plus, Ben included little things like fresh linens, a headlamp, and a table setup that made it all feel personal. Booking again this fall!

Frequently asked questions

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

We aim to make pickup and drop-off as smooth as possible. Standard pickup is at 207 N Brahma Rd, Farmington, UT, with parking available on the east side of the street. ⏰ Pickup and return times are typically flexible within daylight hours—just communicate your needs ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Most of it depends on the Drop off if the Van is in use the day before or after.

Q.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

A.

Absolutely. We’ve made it beginner-friendly and include a full PDF with how-to video links covering: How to raise/lower the power bed Using the cassette toilet and wet bath Starlink setup Diesel heater and solar system Water fill and winter use You'll also get a personal walkthrough at pickup. First-time RV users are totally welcome.

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

The Revel is build for off-grid camping, however hookups are required for AC. Electric: Plug into shore power using the included 30A cord. This bypasses the batteries and keeps everything running directly off campground power. Water: Use the Nautilus control panel to switch between city water hookup and onboard tank fill. Sewage: The van uses a cassette toilet, not a black tank. Simply slide out the cartridge and empty it at any RV dump or restroom facility.
