This is a very nice and very clean 30’ camper with AC & Heat. Nice size bathroom & shower. 6 gallon gas water heater. The camper will sleep 8 comfortably, 2 in the master bedroom, 4 kids- in the bunk beds and the dining table & couch will turn into beds also. We will supply the bed linings for the master bed and the bunk beds and we wash after each use. We also supply a few pots, pans, plates, glasses & silverware. It will have wash cloths, dish towels & dish/hand soap. It has one nice 12ft slide-out for big spacious area. The camper is also equipped with central vacuum for easy clean up. The outside has an outdoor kitchen with fridge. Nice 16ft electric awning. We also supply all leveling blocks and stabilizer chocks.
